The villa, 100sqm, has its own user area 500sqm, its own parking space, a
private garden of about 200sqm and an outdoor shower with hot water.
Naiara Villa offers a private adult swimming pool 55sqm of overflow and a
kid pool 6sqm of overflow too, both disinfected without chemicals ( salt
electrolysis system ) with comfortable sun beds and many toys for the
children.

In the main terrace of the villa, in front of the pools, there is a large dining
table, lounge chairs and a BBQ.
Next to the pool under a kiosk there is a seating area with two large
comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoy your coffee or drink holding

and a large window looking at the pools, a fully equipped kitchen, a room
with a double bed, a 32” smart TV, an AC, a room with two single beds, a 43”
smart TV, an AC and a large bathroom with a shower cabin. From the living
room you can get to the main terrace, the pool and the garden.

An interior wooden ladder leads to the upper floor where there is a double
bed, a single bed, an AC, a 32” smart TV, a working desk, a small fridge and a
WC.
